Flower Tales Korean Ginseng extract is obtained exclusively from the root Panax Ginseng. Ginseng enhances skin elasticity, moisturises and improves microcirculation: this makes it very versatile and it commonly used in face, body and scalp products.
Scalp: By stimulating microcirculation, ginseng oxygenates and revitalises the scalp, improving its health and reducing dandruff and irritations. It also stimulates healthy hear growth and helps prevent hair loss.
Face: Ginseng reduces transepidermal water loss and protects and nourishes the skin. It reduces the appearance of wrinkles and gives tone to the outermost layer of the epidermis. It also counteracts oxidative stress, giving the skin a more radiant and younger appearance.
Body: By stimulating microcirculation, ginseng is a powerful ally against cellulite. It also has anti-inflammatory properties.
FLOWER TALES QUALITY: Ginseng is normally marketed as White Ginseng (obtained by sun-drying young plants) or Red Ginseng (obtained by steaming older plants and then drying it). Flower Tales Ginseng Extract is extracted by naturally drying in cool air both young plants and older plants at least 6 year old. While both younger and older plants are cultivated in East Manchuria, the younger plants are grown at lower altitudes than the older plants. This is the key factor that makes Flower Tales Ginseng Extract so special: the different ages and growing conditions of the plants give up to 40 different types of Ginsenosides, the active components of the extract. It is the high number and high variety of Ginsenosides that make this extract so precious and versatile, as each of them have slightly different effects.
Solubility: fat-soluble
DOSAGE: 1-10%. Add to cold emulsions (C Phase). In formulations without water, it can be added to the fats when they are still warm.
INDICATIONS:mature or dull skin; oily hair, dry scalp; flakey scalp; cellulite; hair loss
APPLICATIONS: anti-dandruff shampoos; anti-cellulite lotions; anti-ageing face creams and moisturisers; body massage oils.
